How it works

    Download FX Viewer

    Use the button above for Windows or Mac.

    Install and open FX Viewer

    Run the installer, then open FX Viewer.

    Enable Allow Remote Support

    Switch it on only when FX Mani support asks you to.

    Share your Support ID

    Tell FX Mani the ID shown in the app, for example FX-123 456 7890.

    Approve the request

    Click Allow Connection when the FX Mani request appears.

    Receive support

    Watch the session and click Disconnect Support whenever you like.
